There is also a 4 minute recording of a portion of one of the Silva Method conditioning cycles, that you can download in your choice of Real Audio or mp3 audio.

There is also a player called the Real Alternative that you can use. Use your favorite search engine to search for it and you can download a free copy. You should be able to play the mp3 recording in any media player.
