Please use the link below to download the audio recordings in your choice of either Real Media (1 mb, best for dialup connections) or mp3 audio (3 mb). The recording is approximately 10 minutes long.
There is also a 4 minute recording of a portion of one of the Silva Method conditioning cycles, that you can download in your choice of Real Audio or mp3 audio.
If you select the Real Media audio, you will need the Real Media player to listen to it. You can download a free version from www.real.com. There is also a player called the Real Alternative that you can use. Use your favorite search engine to search for it and you can download a free copy. You should be able to play the mp3 recording in any media player.
